Ordering online
Select your product by clicking on the ADD TO CART buttons. Then select your location which adds shipping cost.
Complete your name and address in the required fields.
Type in a voucher or discount code if you have one and add any special request in the message box.
Continue with checkout and payment options.
Confirmation of the order transaction will be sent automatically by e-mail. (Please take care to give correct e-mail address)
Subject to card transaction processing successfully your order will be shipped within 7 working days, but usually same day/next day, providing that the item is in stock. You will be advised where there is a delay if product out of stock. Where we ship a part order, the rest of it will be sent with no extra charge.
You will be informed when the order has been shipped. Shipping is usually by Royal Mail unless other arrangements are made. International orders may attract Customs and Taxes affecting delivery times. Digital products will be sent to your e-mail address after payment.
The shipping charge will depend on cost of items, physical size and weight of shipment as well as delivery address. Please use the appropriate Cart button depending for your shipping location. The total shipping will show in the cart as you add more items. Please let us know if special shipping arrangements are required before placing the order.
During the ordering process you will see a Message box where you may write any questions or possible adjustments you may wish to be considered. We shall make every effort to assist should you want to amend the order at any stage.

Prices
All prices on this site are in GBP (British Pounds)
If you are ordering from outside the UK you may check with a currency conversion site online to see what the approximate cost will be in your currency. Please be aware that conversion sites quote different rates which change frequently. Also your card company will use their own rates and charges for transactions. Either way, Emerald Innovations only receives the original amount of your total order in GBP.
The product pages should have the pricing details. If you are unable to find the prices for any reason or if unsure, and for enquiries, please contact sales@emeraldinnovations.co.uk and complete the subject line. Please give your name and location with your question.
Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund including shipping, within 7 days of placing the order or within 7 days of receipt whichever is the longer. Please contact us quoting the order number. The return address is shown below.
All products are sold on basis of experimental or educational use. Customers are therefore expected to make use of the products according to their individual knowledge and skills. Due to the nature of our products we cannot guarantee they will work for you. However we are flexible and may exchange items wherever practicable.
Faulty items may be returned for exchange or a refund, except for electronic products. CDs and DVDs (will be replaced if faulty) but are not refundable.
Please inform us by telephone or email sales@emeraldinnovations.co.uk before returning any item so we can advise and discuss the issues to find the best solution. If an answering machine is activated when you phone, please leave a message with name and telephone number so we can call you back. See address below.

We do not store credit card details. Your personal details are shared only for legitimate payment transaction and shipping.
All purchases, enquiries and contacts are strictly confidential. Our policy is to respect individual privacy and we do not sell personal details. Our systems are protected by up to date firewalls and encryptions. From time to time we may send you information about an event or workshop which may be of interest to you. We do not routinely send newsletters.
